Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom wallpaper orders (including Check Wallpaper, Collage Wallpaper, Damask Wallpaper, Floral Wallpaper, and Geometric Wallpaper cut to specific sizes)
- Opened adhesive products (from our Adhesives & Tapes category)
- Used car care products (from our Car Care and Car Maintenance categories)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Us

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address for our warehouse in Wolverhampton, UK
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Ship your return using a trackable method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Processing Time:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your return request, specify the replacement item(s) you’d like
- We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received and inspected
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item in most cases
International Returns
For international customers (outside UK):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We cannot refund original customs fees or import taxes
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
