Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Delays may occur during customs clearance
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your wallpaper, home decor, and car accessory purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to product nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom wallpaper orders (including Check, Collage, Damask, Floral, and Geometric Wallpaper cut to specific sizes)
- Opened adhesive products from our Adhesives & Tapes category
- Used car care products from our Car Care and Car Maintenance categories
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Our warehouse address in Wolverhampton, UK
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely package items (original packaging preferred)
- Include RMA number on package exterior
- Add copy of order confirmation
- Ship using trackable method (keep proof of postage)
Step 4: Processing Your Return
We’ll inspect returns within 5 business days of warehouse arrival and notify you via email about your refund/exchange status.
Refund Information
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
- Follow standard return process
- Specify replacement item(s) in your return request
- We’ll cover standard shipping for replacement items
- You’ll receive tracking information for new items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

- We’ll arrange replacement/refund without return in most cases
International Returns
For customers outside UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless error is ours
- We cannot refund original customs fees/import taxes
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
